Make your BMW even better with HomeLink
So. You’ve had your 525i sports wagon for a year now and you love it. You really do. But you didn’t get HomeLink. And now you have three remote controls — one for the entry gate, one for the garage, and one for your outdoor lighting system — clipped to your sun visor. Your BMW Center has the solution: HomeLink*.
Depending on your model and year, you may be able to have HomeLink installed as an overhead module or contained within a self-dimming rearview mirror. HomeLink is now available as an accessory on Z3, Z4, M3, M5, 5 Series, 3 Series, and 3 Series Cabrio BMW vehicles.
For the 5 Series you can choose the overhead module which is available on '96 and newer models, or the rearview mirror which is available on 2003 models.
The 3 Series has the overhead module available on '98 and newer models, and the 3 Series Cabrio has the self-dimming rearview mirror accessory available for 2000 and newer models.
